What happened
A recent deployment on EasyPost’s platform caused intermittent errors when processing certain requests. This resulted in failures for some EasyPost actions, including rate requests and label creation.
Impact
Customers using EasyPost experienced intermittent errors during carrier-related actions. Other carrier APIs were not impacted.
Resolution
EasyPost identified the issue and completed a rollback of the deployment. Service was restored, and we monitored the system to confirm stability before fully resolving the incident.
Prevention / Next steps
We are working with EasyPost to improve detection and communication around similar issues in the future. We will also continue monitoring carrier integrations to ensure faster identification and response.
