Update
We are continuing to monitor our fix but we can report that all systems are back online. All orders are queued up and flowing into the system; users do not need to push orders a second time.

Infoplus is experiencing some system instability due to high usage. We have already taken steps to remedy this issue and will update as soon as possible with a resolution.
