Update
We are continuing to monitor for issues. If you encounter the reCAPTCHA problem, please log out of your Support portal account and resubmit your ticket. If you still experience the issue, please submit your ticket via email to: support@infopluscommerce.com and let us know if you need the priority level set to Medium or High, and tickets default to Low. Thank you!

We are in contact with our ticketing software partner and working with them to identify a permanent fix. Until the permanent fix is released, please log out of your support portal account and submit a ticket without signing in: https://support.infopluscommerce.com/support/home. More information will be coming soon!

We are currently investigating this issue. If you need to submit a ticket, please email Support@infopluscommerce.com, and a ticket will automatically be created for you. If the priority level needs to be Medium or High, please notify us in your email. Tickets will come in with automatic Low priority unless otherwise noted.
